The film is produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. Mere Brother Ki Dulhan is a love triangle story between the three lead actors Imraan khan, Katrina kaif and Ali Zafar. Imran plays a character who falls in love with the fiancee (Katrina) of his brother, played by Ali Zafar. A special attraction of the movie is a remarkable cameo doen by John Abraham. The entire film has been shot in different locations of north India including Delhi, Pataudi, Agra, Dehradun, Mussoorie, Haridwar, Dhanaulti, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. A full on masala movie, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan is directed by debutant Ali Abbas Zafar, produced by Aditya Chopra and also stars Imran Khan and Ali Zafar of Tere Bin Laden fame.
